Had appointment but got in a half hour later. Everyone was very busy but friendly. The lady that helped us was very kind and considerate. She worked through everything very fast but explained things as she went. Can't remember her name but did a great job. Definitely was happy with the outcome.
The appraiser was wonderful explaining what category each item was in. The wait was long getting to see her, more appraisers were needed today. I was very happy about the outcome though.
