Many thanks to Brandi and Dave at your Carlisle store. I had a bracelet that needed an adjustment and all it took was an email and an appointment was set up. They provided excellence service during these trying times and were very accommodating. The adjustment was made in a timely fashion and I was on my way. I brought in a broken ring and the team at Camp Hill custom designed a new setting/shank built around the original stone with great sentimental value.The entire process took only a few weeks and they kept me updated throughout the whole process! I am absolutely obsessed with the new ring, it is perfect! Definitely will come back for all my jewelry needs!
