I went to Mountz today about the clasp on my Citizens watch. Julie met me and took the watch to the jeweler in the back. Within five (5) minutes the jeweler had the clasp working perfectly. The charge for this wonderful service was zero. Julie even gave me a free Kiss, Hersheys kiss that is. Thanks Julie and Mountz. You guys are the best!!!!!!

I was very impressed w/the quickness of the conversion of my mother in law’s ring made into a pendant. Chani was so very helpful in giving me suggestions for a setting. I’m not good w/making decisions and she guided me in a way that made this experience so enjoyable! Frank, the jeweler, was very proficient and timely as it was completed just in time for my 40th Wedding Anniversary on the 22nd of December. It was literally all completed in a day!
