I am a long time customer and Lorraine at the Colonial Park store has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. She knows the merchandise and always takes the time to make sure I find the right piece of jewelry. When I walk into the store the first she does is say, "can I clean your rings and earrings?" I recently had a wonderful experience at the Mountz Jewelers in Harrisburg/Jonestown Rd. I had a very special family diamond ring gifted to me by my mother. It was on a wide gold band that I didn't care for. Darrell was extremely helpful with my search for the perfect new setting for this diamond. The staff at the Camp Hill store is very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes you feel very welcomed. I had a ring appraised and resized. I was very satisfied. Jake explained all the steps and was very helpful.

I brought a silver bracelet in to Mountz today because the clasp was broken. They were so kind to show it to the jeweler and he fixed it for me in a few minutes at no charge. Thank you Mountz for fixing the clasp on my bracelet!
