We are loyal customers to the Camp Hill location as it is our favorite with the best variety. We receive exceptional customer service and have great experiences with Jewelry cleaning, maintenance, sizing and repairs. Our favorite representative is Chani as she is extremely knowledgeable of all brands carried and always makes a stellar recommendation when we are shopping for something new. One of my favorite things to buy with Chani is the Pandora charms for friends and family.

My new husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jake throughout our entire engagement and wedding season. Jake worked with Travis on designing a custom ring and making sure we had everything we needed for custom bands even though I lived several states away and could only come into the store once every 6 months. The professionalism, care, and genuine love of what they do in the staff is extraordinary, and we could not have been more satisfied with Mountz and their team!
Mountz not only has the most spectacular collection of jewelery, they have the most spectacular people. They make us feel like family when we walk in the door. Jake at the Camp Hill store recently designed a ring for me so I could include the diamond from my original engagement ring along with diamonds from some other sentimental pieces. Jake is awesome and his vision of what I wanted was spot on. I now have the most beautiful ring that will be cherished forever. I most definitely recommend him without reservation. I love my gold chain I received from my daughter last year. My husband also gave me a Peridot Earrings and Pendant Set. They are all beautiful and high quality pieces.
My 11 year old daughter finally decided to get her ears pierced, I called the Carlisle location and they did piercing by appointment. Carol gave me the days and times available we made the appointment & she told me she tries to flow right along at the appointment to keep the anxiety level low.
