Mountz (by the colonial park mall) has been amazing to me so far. I am so grateful my fiancé bought my ring from here. I took my ring in Monday to be resized and got it back the next day! I walk in the store and I'm instantly greeted by an employee, I never have to wait. I wish I could give them a 10/5 instead of 5/5.
I purchased a band for my future husband at the Mountz Jewelers store in Carlisle and I had a wonderful experience. Brandi was our consultant and she was very helpful. I came home and even found a thank you note from her! How sweet!? She congratulated us on our upcoming wedding day & wished us all the best. Patrick at the Mountz in Harrisburg was amazing. We custom designed both the engagement ring and wedding ring and he was flexible, creative and knowledgeable. We went back and forth several times and he was very patient with us.
