I was very pleased with the obvious knowledge that Stephen had. He did a great job separating and rating all my gold and silver items. He was thorough and super pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised at how much money my pieces were worth. I plan to return in January to sell more of my jewelry that is sitting around and not worn.

The prices that are offered are about 1/4 of the value . I'm not sure if thats the norm, I assume it is. we have the option to keep our items ,so there's that.
