My visit exceeded my expectations. My appraiser, Ampin, took the time to explain market trends with regards to my items. Was very please with the entire experience. Ampin, was incredibly polite and patient with me. Already planning what I'm bringing next time National Rarities is in my area.

My experience with the reps. was very good from check in until check out at Fountain City Jewelers Knoxville, TN. I don't remember who assisted me but they were very professional and knowledgeable. Great job!!!

It was easy and educational. The person who worked with me (?Tara) was friendly, explained everything and there was no pressure for me to sell anything. No pressure at all! I sold some items and a check was printed on the spot that was ready to cash. Cass Jewelers is very nice and their staff helpful as well.

It was definitely a learning experience! Knowing that certain pieces that don't have certificates or seller's stamps on the items cannot go for full price. And she also gave me some insight on ebay buy/sell.
