I believe Natasha was qualified to assess what I had brought her. However, I have second thoughts about the amount that she offered for the gold That I ended up selling. i know everyone has to make a profit. i showed her a 1 pound medallion of silver that she offered me a little over $400 for which I believe should have been closer to $700. ( price at the time, being a little over $51. An ounce.) And I didn't sell her that, which makes me believe that the price on the gold that I sold was less than fair. Your company makes... read more

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming even though my "silver" items were mostly silver plated! They offered good ideas where I could repurpose them. I'm glad I decided to attend!
