The process was very well-organized. I expected to have a long wait, but the event appeared to be sufficiently staffed with two "hosts" /greeters registering customers. Only waited about 10 min. before being called. I had a large box full of jewelry plus some other items of potential value, organized as best as I could. Emily (don't recall last name) helped me and she was engaging, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was happy for the opportunity to organize and clean out items for this event. I did feel like we didn't get near the value for our items but went ahead with our deal. In the future I will work with local jewelers to trade with.
