I met with Kevin in Conway and could not have been happier with my appointment. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my options regarding my jewelry. Very pleased by professionalism. I didn't ask, but wasn't told how much per ounce we were given, just total by weight. Was pleased with total amount though, considering these items were just sitting in drawers. We were in and out with a check within 30 minutes.

I can't remember her name but she was very good, very patient with us. She answered the few questions we had. She also explained what she was doing while she was checking the items we brought.

It was painless. The last thing you want to do is go to hock shop or sell online or deal with the unknown strangers. The only thing is that Josh guessed what I had before he saw it. I'm not ever playing poker with him.

Ist time selling sales rep very knowledgeable. Very easy talking to him and getting some info about things. 3rings were had carrot number but platted. I thought he would check to see if on copper,brass or silver. Is there a way to check on this? I know they put gold on silver jewelry please advise me on this thank you
