First timer, so I didn't know what to expect. I had both silver and gold already separated, and the process went very quickly. My rep carefully looked at everything, sorted them in piles depending on the metal type and weighed everything in front of me. Based on the weight, an offer amount was written for each pile. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Explained why tere was no interest in a couple of items and told us we could get $$ for those itens elsewhere. I greatly appreciate honesty. Will see them again when they visit again.

I thought surely this was the place to come to sell my bridal set. I was disappointed. I didn't walk completely away empty handed, so that was a plus. Very courteous and ready to answer all my questions.
