It was easy and educational. The person who worked with me (?Tara) was friendly, explained everything and there was no pressure for me to sell anything. No pressure at all! I sold some items and a check was printed on the spot that was ready to cash. Cass Jewelers is very nice and their staff helpful as well.

It was definitely a learning experience! Knowing that certain pieces that don't have certificates or seller's stamps on the items cannot go for full price. And she also gave me some insight on ebay buy/sell.

We were greeted and signed in with a smile and made to.feel welcome. A short wait. My friend was being helped next to me so we got to share in the excitement of watching our bits and pieces of jewelry, coins etc turn into $$ signs. We both left feeling like winners!

I thought I would have rec'd more $. With all my jewelry. I did have some 14 kt gold & sterling silver. I will be back in June . The rep was very personal & we had snow & hopefully she made it home safely.
