The gentleman-I believe his name was Kevin, who helped me was kind, explained why he couldn't accept some items, and gave me advice on how to take care of some of my other jewelery. He understood about my sentiment on some items. If I have other items, I will bring them to you.

Everyone I came in contact with from national rarities was extremely welcoming and friendly. I was not made to feel uncomfortable. I would love to do business with them again. The man I dealt with; his name was Max. Great guy!
