He was very personable, complimentary, sensitive when needed, knowledgeable, patient with our questions and had a great sense of humor! I was happy with the experience yesterday. It went faster than I expected, and the venue was not too far away from my home. Brandi who worked with me was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I think the amount I received was fair. Obviously, I wanted to receive as much as possible. It's interesting to me that pre-owned gold and silver jewelry (despite the value of gold and silver having increased greatly over the last 20 years) is treated the same as a used car!
