Helpful professional buyer. Fair assessment.

Very quick response. Very curious salesperson.

My first experience selling. Always feared getting ripped off. When Kingston Fine Jewelers event was brought to my attention I was thrilled. A local reputable jeweler. Your appraiser AUTUMN was lovely. She explained how the process worked. She examined and weighed my jewelery and I feel I got a very good price. I hung the flyer for your next event in Kingston in my apartment complex lobby. Its a 55+ community and Im sure there's alot of unwanted/unneeded valuables they could profit from selling to your company.

Excellent experience. The man that worked with me was very professional and friendly. Would recommend this to friends

Great experience! There were plenty of agents, thank goodness, because it looked like many waited until the last day to bring their items in. Pleased with the appraisal.

After thinking over the transaction it appears that an error was made. I can't prove it but I believe I was quoted $2,528.00 dollars. I decided not to include a bracelet quoted in the amount of $500.00. I didn't write anything down and in addition to that I became a little disoriented . If I'm in error I apologize. All the amounts were not written down by your representative individually so perhaps I should not question the transaction.

I had a wonderful experience, first time coming. Jared was very knowledgeable and had great customer service experience. Made sure he let me know what they accept for appraisal and held a conversation with me. I felt very comfortable. Look forward to the next one.
