Clear explanations, some "science " info that was helpful (silver test), plus friendliness. Stephanie was business-like, professional, & a clear communicator. Only negative is how long i had to wait, especially seeing one appraiser wasting time just chatting and showing photos from his phone. Difficult to be patient when you watch others ahead of you being less than efficient.
