Process and timing of my appointment/meeting with representative was good. Professional and Friendly. Lower rating is due to no value applied to diamonds, just the weight of the gold. Was at Winks in Brookings SD. Do not remember name of gentleman who assisted me. He was right inside the door on the left side. Dark hair.

Except for not opening on time, which is a out peeve of mine, Jack was knowledgeable and explained the process even though I have sold to National Rarities before.

The rep that I dealt with was terrific. I feel that the payout is much much lower than expected.

Came in with a huge mix of items and your representative Jared Cooney was not only extremely friendly but also super patient with going through everything and giving me a very fair price.
