The experience was wonderful.. I was there last year and returned this year to find the service was just as I suspected. Excellent. Misty was very experienced and everything was done in a timely fashion. If I was hesitant about any of my items there was absolutely NO pressure which was greatly appreciated. My husband and I came with 14K and 10K gold jewelry. We also had silver jewelry and coins. Our experience was positive. The gentleman assisting us told us about our coins, tallied everything and paid us.

I was happy with the silver part but disappointing when you advertise antiques and they weren't interested in the antiques I brought because they had to mail them back. So my question is why do you advertise antiques and you don't take them?
All the staff were very professional and friendly. I do hope they will come back again. We were treated fairly in our sales. Thank you for asking.

I brought in a few pieces of gold scraps, old watches, rings and two native American silver pieces to sell at the Reed and Sons Jewelry Store in Sedalia, Mo. I was very pleasantly surprised at the easeof the transaction and the knowledge, efficiency and genuine friendliness of your employees. Also, I did a little research and found that I received a very fair price on my items. Thank you! I will be back!

It was overall a really nice experience. Numnmi's provided beverages,cookies and chairs for people waiting. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. National's staff was very courteous and helpful and friendly. If they could have high stools to sit on I think would be great for them. I would come again☺️☺️
