Every representative in the store where I went today was polite, efficient, and pleasant to work with in my perception. Conducting my transaction was not at all unpleasant or anxiety producing. They were courteous to everyone who came in, even if what was being presented was not at all up to the standards required. I would happily deal with this company again.

First timer, but it was painless. Was grateful for the detailed explanations on the how and what. And the added jewelry facts shared. I believe the gold scrap rates were fair and having a check issued on the spot cant be any easier.
