I realize National Rarities needs to make money in the items they purchase. In my case, it was sterling silver. I had to ask the associate what they paid against today's Kitco price. He shared the %, but I feel he should have been upfront with that information. Plus, I would have liked to have seen the weight of each item as it was placed on the scale to increase my confidence in the transaction.

I was ok with value I was given for my gold. But I turned in a diamond watch that I now regret. I wish I could get that item back.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly the price they gave was more than a pawn shop but not exactly what I expected according to ad on Facebook it seemed that the prices were going to be a little more for example when a ring is bought for about 2 to 3 grand fine jewelry they only give very little and they tell customers they can make there own designs out of it I heard them say that exact same thing to 5 people example the lady had a beautiful bracelet she said she bought new 7 years ago payed almost 8 grand they to... read more
