The worst experience with a buyer ever. She did not have the knowledge and expertise I expected. I was only selling high end sterling and when she picked up two bangles she had the audacity to say it was silver plated. Never again!

I felt comfortable with my jeweler; however, I feel I lost money. The jewelry and other items I had were definitely old and should've brought me more money. I definitely wanted to get rid of them, so I settled for less.

The person I talked to didn't know how to evaluate a loose gem. I saw other evaluators evaluating gems with a magnification eye piece. He made no attempt. I had a piece evaluated prior to visiting and got a higher offer so I sold only 1 item. Which is fine by me cause I can take it elsewhere.

Buyers Beware*****Fraudulent business******I made an eBay purchase from National Rareities for 97 proof coin sets for a decent price. However, I only received 24 proof sets and 60 uncirculated sets. Most sets were in bad shape too. Alot of misrepresentation going on with listing too. I was willing to overlook the coins not being in good shape or being proofs. The ad said coins, diamonds, sterling silver, and so much more. The stuff I brought in, has a lot of diamonds in them, I had coins, (they weren't even looked at), which they took nothing into consideration. I took the $44, because I didn't want to cause a issue at Don's Jewelry. I seriously thought it was gonna be better at a place like Don's Jewelry in Clinton Iowa.
