I was hesitant at first just simply because there are so many scammers out there but after checking reviews and praying, I went on in. The people were very kind and helpful; they were professional and answered every question with patience. I was put at ease and the conversation was very friendly. I even learned quite a bit myself about the things I was selling. The experience was positive and I even came back the next day with more items. I highly recommend them.

The agent was very nice. I do think that the assessment of both the tanzanite and the ruby was low. Both of the gems were $1000.00 plus each when I chose them.
