I brought in a lot of jewelry that I didn't know if it was costume or real. Jacob and Emma were so friendly and easy to work with. I throughly enjoyed my experience and learned some things about diamonds from Jacob. Great people.

Everyone was polite and courteous, and it made me feel at ease. Knowing that I must be apart from my jewelry was emotionally difficult, but friendly customer service helped me greatly. I'm still unpacking from moving, and I will see Jessica again. There's one thing that I really hope that I could have a little more time for Q&A instead of being rushed.
