I had the best experience today. Mia was FABULOUS with me. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours because I had so much. I had a lot of coins that my husband collected over the years. He just passed away in November and Mia was wonderful with me. She had me in tears and she asked if she could give me a hug. I was so touched with her empathy. A very difficult emotional time for me was made special because of Mia.
