Enjoyed the experience. Lots of people there, up to 1.5 to 3 hours wait. Was there almost 2.75 hours. Staff reviewing items seem very knowledgeable and well trained. Staff at the Jewelry Store were very friendly and accommodating to all customers! Kudos to them!!

Emma was extremely helpful with explaining things about my jewelry. I was very happy with the outcome of my visit and plan to come back with more of my jewelry that I did not have time to show because of my own time constraints. I'm very pleased! Not sure which Emma helped me though.
