I was warmly welcomed and experienced a very short wait even though it was busy. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Since I was uncertain of the value of the items I brought in to sell, I was agreeable to the price offered. As always, it would be great to be paid more, but they are the experts and need to make a profit. I was happy that the process was so easy.
