Very professional group. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. I was seen by a very nice young woman. I felt that I can a very fair price for my items.

The girl who greeted us at the entrance was very polite and helpful. She looked through our items that we brought in and told us what they would not be interested before we even got to go back and talk to our agent. Maddy was very knowledgeable and polite and answered any questions that we had. Will be bringing more items tomorrow to have her look at.

I worked with Seth (repeat "customer" with him) who patiently looked at everything I brought - and it was A LOT! His knowledge is impressive and he works great with the public, plus he's just fun to work with. I've worked with Jared in the past, too, but this session called for a chair (Jared was at a counter).
