First time shopper and don't know why I didn't come sooner. Amazing customer service! Very knowledgable about all products and prices were better than large chain stores. I can't speak highly enough about my overall experience. I will definitely be back.
Earlier this month we decided to replace our kitchen appliances. While we were willing to shop around for a good deal, we also wanted to support a locally-owned business. After visiting a chain store, Rosner's was our second stop. Actually a full stop! At Rosner's we received a pleasant, no pressure, shopping experience, fair prices and superb customer service. The salesperson, Nick Johnson, was very kind in educating us on the different products in relation to our budget and our particular needs.
Only thing better than the price is the service. Just bought a new dishwasher there. Installer Franco did a great job.
