I would not recommend this company. How do you hire someone to work for your company, they relocate to Florida to start a new career with your company and you let them go after a week because you don’t have time to train them? A good company would not do something like that. You lost a fabulous salesman.
Rosners.. OMG I will never EVER buy from them. Not only that, I will never EVER recommend them, and on top of that, my parents, Aunt and I are all at different country clubs and we have shouted out to all we can about what took place with Rosners. My Uncle is on the Boards at a major country club in the PBG location and I understand a conversation broke out at a club meeting about Rosners. Have a 20 month old refrigerator and the freezer has totally defrosted 3 times. Been “fixed” twice, waiting for 3rd appointment. What a lemon. Rosner’s says it’s not their problem. Nice.
Very disappointed. Called to get an approximate delivery time for tomorrow (ie morning or afternoon) and was told the only way to get a idea was to go on-line after 8:00am the morning of delivery.
you lost a $2000.00 purchase for a Kitchenaid island cooktop exhaust hood because you listened to your "installer" who said it could not be installed in my kitchen area. you should hire a true mechanic to do your installations. I purchased it from Lowes & installed it myself. one day for demolition to remove the old fan & one day to install the new one. Hire union men & you won't have this problem again

Purchased a dishwasher. Unfortunately our satisfying showroom experience was followed by lousy installation, causing leaking and pooling water under our sink. Same installer sent to fix problem the next day, after I spoke to Manager about sending someone else. Expected better from Rosners, having bought appliances with them previously.
We just moved down here and heard a lot about Rosner’s. After doing our own research and getting prices from other stores we went to Rosner’s. We dealt with Bruce who was very knowledgeable. Once we decided what we wanted so we sat down with him. It turned out he came from the same neighborhood that we just left. He took good care of us, got us a delivery date.
