Their customer service is horrific. I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher on July 3. I was told I would get a call the following week to arrange delivery. I still do not have my dishwasher and refrigerator. I have called to followup a few times and I keep getting told that it will be in the next day or next week and that someone would call me back but I never get called back. We purchased a stove and a refrigerator and we will not be buying from you guys again. We are very disappointed and had issues with both. It has not even been a month and we were told "NO RETURNS" bluntly which no one informed us before hand (we would not have even purchased if we knew this). BUT The website says returns/exchanges!!? This is very deceiving to people! Even after purchasing the customer service was not around to help with any of the issues we had!

Alls Rosners does is make the sale and then you are on your own. They had not informed me that if you buy a refrigerator and put it in your garage that it won't be warrantied. I called today to try to get a quote on an entire kitchen and laundry room of appliances but the "friendly, professional" who answered the phone was rude and told me that there were too many people in the showroom for him to speak with me if I needed more than one price quote. Too bad for Rossner's. I will take my business elsewhere! Perhaps they should put a shopping cart on their web page like everybody else!
Ordered a fridge, waited several months, never came in, no follow up calls from them with any status, etc. No expected delivery date, yet they wanted to keep my money. One of the Rosners' was incredibly rude when I tried to get some sort of resolution. Haven't been back.
