I wouldn't buy a pencil from these guys. Stove failed immediately, had to threaten to cancel the order to get attention. Didn't have a working stove for two weeks. No compensation for going out to dinner for tow week. Not very service orientated
They dont take responsibility for issues after they sell you the product
RecommendedWe purchased the standard 4 GE Kitchen appliances and they delvered last Tursday. Two days later the water and icemaker quit working so I called on Saturday. The quickest they can respond with a technician is Thursday between 1 and 5. That's pretty lame seeing as how I'm a first time customer......and still out buying ice! Today I called to get them out TODAY. Not happening!
Be responsive to the products they sell and live up to their promise of customer satisfaction.
I recommend their GE products. I just purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove, all stainless steel. I compared the prices with other stores and Rosner's had the best pricing. I saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing at Rosner's. Rob Seidor (my Brooklyn friend) provided great customer service and was very patient because it took a bit longer than anticipated to finalize the transaction. I highly recommend anyone check out Rosner's pricing before they make their final decision.
Myself, sister and two friends I recommended bought appliances from them. They treat you well to get the sale. I called today about a microwave I bought two weeks ago that’s making a hissing sound. I called spoke to someone who told me they will send a GE person to repair. I was fine with that but I asked can’t I get it replaced? And he got very annoyed and went on about their process then hung up on me. I will NEVER buy anything there nor refer them. They need to learn customer service. I love Rosner’s & always try support small local business... I do wish the sales person would have shown me several various models of fridge .. I fell in love with the LOOKS of the bottom drawer freezer stainless steel GE... but the capacity on the doors is non existent (for my family) No good place to store bottle of wine .. Ice maker is small & makes much smaller cubes than my Kenmore side by side did So bottom line..I do recommend Rosners but be aware of what u are buying
