I give Rosners no stars for customer service. I had to check one star so I could post this. Their customer service is terrible. The worst I have ever experienced. They have passed me around over and over with no resolution to replacing a brand new washer that was so badly damaged that it needs to be replaced. Our salesman Lee was good but that is where it ended!! They do not do service calls! I spent over $3,000 in their store. When you call back they know nothing about their appliances.
This place has the worst customer service ..DO NOT BUY HERE ..
Has anyone had a delivery of a stove that arrives broken from Rosners?? They tell you that you need to talk to the delivery service people NOT their store where you buy it!! Called them and they could not get to me until today!!! YES a MONTH later, the service guy after waiting all day arrives and tells me he needs to order a new part!!! I DO NOT WANT a new part, I want a BRAND NEW STOVE I PAID for that has ALL working parts. Something I paid for!
So disappointed in a company with this much history. Bought a cooktop. Wasn't told I needed an installation kit. Electrician came to install and couldn't because he needed the kit. Called Rosners. They didn't have information so I called G.E. who sent the kit. Now 3 weeks later Rosner's sent an installer. He says I don't need the kit and the downdraft is old and they don't make ducts to fit it any more. Duh! Why didn't Rosners, the wonderful, family owned business ask the right questions? Service was great. Very happy with new washer/dryer
Rosners may be an ok place to buy appliances. I told them I wouldn't give up on them due to unfortunate circumstances related to dishwasher purchase and install. The first installer they sent out was dishonest and didn't give me a new cord with the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the water line correct and it did water damage in my kitchen. 2nd installer came to make it right but then found in the end on top of everything else the dishwasher was defective. Avoid this place! They sold me a "brand new" Samsung fridge. I waited about 6 weeks for delivery. It pops, cracks and is loud but, worse, it is a scratch and dent at best. There is a ding in the door, scratches on the side that have been touched up (so someone there already knew that it was damaged) and there is rust on the door. They were supposed to mail me a $50 rebate check in "about 10 days." 3 weeks later and still no rebate. Scheisters!
